Speaking at the first Irish Forum for Infant Mental Health, George Hosking, Clinical Criminologist and CEO of the WAVE Trust, referred to a seminal study of child behavioural development from New Zealand which demonstrated that nurses could predict criminal tendencies of children, 18 years in advance.....
